In the 5 November forecast of the Turkish State Meteorological Service, rain is expected over a wide part of Türkiye. Temperatures are expected to fall by 3 to 5 degrees across the country.

Around Rize and Artvin, rain is expected to be very strong and severe in places. Strong wind and a brief storm are forecast on the coasts of Marmara, the coastal Aegean and the eastern Black Sea.

The service asked people to be careful about flood, inundation, landslide and disruption to transport. This forecast is valid until 06:00 on 6 November.
